In the show’s only interview, drummer Troy Luccketta discusses the band’s current tour with Def Leppard & REO Speedwagon, the upcoming 30th anniversary Mechanical Resonance LIVE album, working with Def Leppard’s Phil Collen on new music, Whitford/St.Holmes, Keith Emerson and so much more.

Joining Tesla (time 2.30): “Back in 1985, when I hooked up with the band and I heard Jeff’s voice. I always knew there was something really special about the band.”

The upcoming MECHANICAL RESONANCE Live album (time 6.02): “We knew our anniversary was coming up. Phil Collen of Def Leppard really spearheaded this thing. So, what we did… We would open the show with a couple Mechanical Resonance songs, change it every night and we did that over a couple of weeks and we managed to get the record. Phil Collen wrote a song called ‘Goodness’ (it’s a beautiful awesome song). It’s a bonus track for the record.”
